THE ROLE – WHAT YOU WILL LEAD & GROW This Territory Manager sales role, reporting to the Managing Director, involves selling, managing and expanding the VIC West territory. You will drive new business development sales, identifying opportunities, building relationships, and expanding market share across the ophthalmology space. You will maintain and nurture existing accounts, ensuring strong partnerships with surgeons. You will provide theatre case support, delivering exceptional service and responsiveness to clinicians. WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO GET THE JOB Proven sales success in Ophthalmology or Optometry in commercial sales, experience 3 years. Prior medical device or pharmaceutical sales experience 5 years. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Good knowledge of ophthalmology surgical hospital business practice and IOL management, utilisation and demand. Strong organisation and administrative skills with attention to detail. High degree of professionalism and integrity is essential. Ability to demonstrate initiative and leadership.
